What the Hell is happening in our country?! Why do we seem to be at such a war with each other? We are all Americans and we have never been more divided. I fear we are on the verge of a civil war, and that’s not being hyperbolic.
The American people in the last election had a mandate, to secure the border and deport the illegal immigrants in our country, period, full stop. This was a decision made by the majority of our country, and now we seem to be in for the fight of our lives.
We are continuing to see a war being waged by the radical left against American citizens doing their jobs. ICE has been under attack since President Trump was elected. Chicago seems to be the hotbed of problems lately, and Governor JB Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson are fueling the rhetoric with jet fuel. They are likening the ICE officers to the Nazi Gestapo. This rhetoric is giving a permission structure to the far left that violence is alright and we are seeing that play out every day.
It has gotten so bad, that now there have been bounties of $2,000 offered for the kidnapping of ICE agents, and $10,000 bounties offered for the murder of ICE agents. Whoever is funding this latest round of crimes, is giving pictures of selected ICE agents with details on where they are for someone to carry out these crimes. There have been special security details added to the targeted agents and procedures have needed to be altered due to this.
This is not okay. People, American people, are just doing their jobs and are now being targeted for murder, and the left is not speaking out against this, instead, they continue to fuel the fire. To make it even worse, the Chicago police were called away from ICE agents in mortal danger due to the elected politicians fighting the federal mandate.
I can only hope that President Trump and his policies can bring some order and that many prosecutions and consequences can be brought agains those responsible. Keep using your voices!
